The founder, Chrystelle Lannoy, whose grandfather was a gem collector, gave gemstones to their family on every major anniversary, representing the family's legacy of love and beauty. Chrystelle grew up with a strong family influence and a strong affection for gemstones. In her quest for a breakthrough, she met the love of her life, Jean-Claude Bozou, Ph.D. in biology, who focused on biochemistry and pharmacology. He has worked at the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM), focusing on peptides, published dozens of academic articles on peptides, and developed innovative products for many internationally renowned brands such as Dior, Chanel, and Clarins.
