Fan parameter description
1. Air volume
Airflow, which is used to indicate the amount of air flow. Air volume = cross-sectional area * wind speed, common unit: cubic meters/hour, that is, CMH, m³/h.
2. Full pressure
Full pressure, which is used to determine the magnitude of air resistance. Unit: Pa, Pa, full pressure = static pressure + dynamic pressure.
3. Jingqi
Static pressure, which is used to determine the resistance of the airflow, that is, the resistance along the path (system resistance).
4. Dynamic pressure
Dynamic pressure, the resistance generated by the air itself when it moves. Dynamic pressure = 1/2ρv2.
5. Rotation speed
Rotational speed, which is used to indicate the speed at which the fan is running. Unit: r/min, RPM.
6. Shaft power
Shaft power, the actual energy consumption of the fan. Unit: kilowatts, Kw.
7. Motor power
The motor power is the power of the motor equipped with the fan, which must be greater than the shaft power. Unit: Kw.
8. Noise
Noise, which indicates the amount of noise generated during the operation of the fan. Unit: dB, dB (A).

Description of the main components of the fan
1. a belt
It is used to connect the motor wheel and the pulley to transmit power. Only the belt drive has no belt, pulley, bearing and other drive mechanisms for direct drive.
2. Pulleys
It is connected to the shaft by a key and plays a transfer role. Material: Cast iron.
3. a shaft
One end is connected to the pulley, and the other end is connected to the impeller to play a transmission role. Carbon steel, fine-turned quenched and tempered.
4. Bearings
It is used to support shafts (fan shafts) to avoid vibrations being applied directly to the motor.
5. Shock absorber (shock absorbing pad)
Reduce vibration, reduce noise, and prolong life. The drive and motor of each wind turbine should be evenly connected to the fan body through the shock absorber, so as to extend the life of the drive and impeller and make the operation quieter.
6. a flashing cap
It is fastened on top of the flooding water for easy installation and prevents rainwater from leaking into the room.
7. a motor
Powering the wind turbine. It is the main component of the fan.
8. a check damper
Prevent wind from backing up into the room. Gravity check damper is commonly used.
9. an impeller
