Not to be outdone, DNB recently stood up and shouted out, firmly denying all accusations of opacity in internal operations, emphasizing that their contract bidding with third-party suppliers was hosted by an internationally renowned professional service company, and the process was formal, open and transparent, and there was no black-box operation.

Maxis is also a man of action, and on 20 April, they announced that they were ready to build Malaysia's second nationwide 5G network.

Maxis has a clear stance that they have always advocated for market competition, which coincides with the Malaysian government's plan for a 5G deployment model.

Maxis' big move is inseparable from a heavyweight partner - Huawei. Maxis and Huawei have been working together for a long time and have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the 5G-A Accelerator Program, which is another milestone in the deepening cooperation between Maxis and Huawei.

The signing site was quite large, and several key senior executives in Malaysia came, which shows the importance of this cooperation.
