On April 20, PetroChina Liaohe Oilfield Huanxiling Oil Production Plant capacity construction again reported good news, the new well Huan 2-47-5040 well fracturing production, has been in continuous production for 57 days, daily oil production of 3.5 tons, cumulative oil production of 204 tons, showing a good production trend.
Since March, Huancai Plant has been keeping a close eye on the production target, combining the theme education activities of "changing concepts, brave innovation, strong management, and creating first-class", and carried out the labor competition of "100 days of tackling, quantity and efficiency are more than half", and solidly promoted the work of new well production, measure production, and stable production of old wells, optimized organization and management, paid close attention to tracking and supervision, and the oil and gas production exceeded the annual planned line operation.
In the face of unfavorable factors such as insufficient resource replacement and rapid decline of the main block, the plant carried out the "three special actions to improve" development and management, vigorously promoted the exploration revolution in the old area, adhered to the principle of "finding joy in the middle", regularly organized "big surveys" of underground conditions, "big analysis" of dynamic situations, and "big dissection" of development effects, strengthened the treatment of inefficient new wells and the investigation of productivity potential, and made efforts to improve the well opening rate in multiple ways of geology and engineering integration. In the first quarter, 9 new wells were put into production in stages, with a daily oil output of 23.5 tons and a cumulative oil production of 1,587 tons.
In order to awaken the new vitality of oil and water wells, the plant has intensified its efforts to tackle key problems in long-stop well management, adhered to the principle of "not missing a well, not ignoring a layer", and carried out a survey and arrangement of more than 1,500 long-stop wells in the whole plant one by one. During the competition, through sidetracking, fracturing, plugging and other stimulation measures, 60 long-stop wells were allowed to "resume work and return to work", and more than 1,600 tons of oil production were resumed, promoting the continuous improvement of oil and gas production indicators.
In order to maximize the contribution rate of production capacity, the plant takes lean management as a "catalyst" for crude oil production, and continues to do a good job in well pattern optimization, steam injection regulation and injection-production collaborative management in Qi 40 blocks to ensure the efficient progress of the "ballast stone" project; In the first three months, 44 wells have been implemented with various measures, and 1,700 tons of oil have been added.
In addition, the plant also concentrates the strength of technical experts to actively carry out technical tests such as steam flooding, low-permeability reservoir lifting, and low-carbon cold recovery of heavy oil, so as to accelerate the transformation and application of achievements. At the same time, we will continue to deepen the digitalization of well stations and the intelligent application of the Internet of Things, accelerate the realization of "data assets", and strive to realize real-time monitoring of production areas and unattended dangerous areas, so as to improve the safety production coefficient and liberate human productivity.
