After confirming that Xiao Huang did not have the above problems through the WeChat Mini Program, the administrator guided Xiao Huang to download an APP through QQ, scanned a QR code of the Mini Program, and asked Xiao Huang to fill in the relevant information according to the prompts.
In the process of registration, Xiao Huang asked the administrator what the registration information was used for, and whether there was any risk? The other party did not clearly explain the purpose, but only said that if Xiao Huang cooperated, he would help him cancel the registration information after half a month. Simple Xiao Huang thought that he was adding a contact group through part-time software, and the other party should not deceive people, so Xiao Huang immediately continued to fill in the relevant personal information as required, and completed the relevant operations by handwriting.
After the operation was completed, the administrator paid a total of 120 yuan to Xiaohuang. Xiao Huang said: "After receiving the payment, I felt that this part-time job was simple and secure, and I was quite happy, but I didn't realize the seriousness of the problem. ”
A few months later, he accidentally swiped a video, which was a scam of criminals fraudulently using other people's ID card information to apply for documents, and he hurriedly checked through the "electronic business license" applet and found that he had three oil companies established in Guangzhou under his name, and the registration date was December 7, 2023. There is a trading company in Kunming, with a registration date of December 8, 2023, and he serves as the legal representative of each of the above four companies.
"The administrator didn't help me cancel the registration information after half a month, as he said. Huang is concerned that these companies are being used to engage in illegal activities. On March 14, Xiao Huang sought help from the Rong County Market Supervision Bureau, hoping to revoke the registration of the above-mentioned company.
Since the registered addresses of the above four companies were beyond the scope of jurisdiction, the Rong County Market Supervision Bureau contacted the local market supervision department and instructed Xiao Huang to complete the basic information and supporting materials, and fill in and upload them to the online platform of the 12345 government service convenience hotline in Kunming and Guangzhou.
"At present, the latest news is that someone in Kunming has contacted Xiao Huang and instructed him to cancel the enterprise registration information through the network, and the relevant work orders in Guangzhou have been transferred to the Zengcheng District Government for processing. The relevant person in charge of the Rong County Market Supervision Bureau said.
According to reports, in recent years, there have been complaints and reports of fraudulent use of ID card information by registered companies, and the parties have lost, lent or sold their identity information, resulting in others fraudulently using or using their identity information to register as market entities.
Then, when the market entity violates the law, the parties may be involved in civil disputes, criminal litigation cases and other legal risks, and will face serious consequences such as assuming debts, being included in the blacklist of legal representatives, being added as an executor, and being included in the list of dishonest judgment defaulters.
