On April 17, in order to further promote Chaoyang college graduates to understand the industrial structure, history and culture, talent policy and employment situation of Longcheng District in an all-round way, and attract more outstanding graduates to work in Chaolailong, our district and the Employment Service Center of Shenyang University of Technology jointly held a meeting with representatives of outstanding students from Chaoyang who are "Love Sangzi and Zhihui Longcheng", in-depth analysis of the source structure and employment direction of college graduates, accurate promotion of Longcheng District situation, talent policy and recruitment positions, and explore the establishment of a "school-enterprise-local" cooperation platform. Broaden the employment channels of graduates, in-depth exchanges with the university, and establish a long-term liaison mechanism, which has opened up a new path for the in-depth connection between enterprises and colleges in the region. The meeting attracted nearly 100 outstanding students from Chaoyang to participate in the meeting, which further strengthened the confidence and determination of college talents to return to Longcheng for employment, and realized the accurate matching of post talents.
On April 18th, the "Talent Gathering Longcheng 2024 Campus Recruitment" event was held as scheduled in Shenyang University of Technology, the campus recruitment focused on key areas such as new materials, new energy and electronic information, and organized Liaoning Jinrong Qiancheng Technology, Chaoyang Langma Tire, Chaoyang Microelectronics, Liaoning Boaige Electronic Technology and other 6 enterprises in the region to participate, providing more than 30 positions such as electrical engineers, electronic engineers, R&D engineers, Russian translation, general management, legal affairs, etc., recruiting more than 90 people, and in the qualification review of participating enterprises, The job matching degree and other aspects are strictly checked for graduates, which fully improves the accuracy of supply and demand docking, and attracts a large number of graduates to enter the job search.
