This morning (April 22), a terrorist car accident in Tampines, Singapore, has killed two people.
The cause of the accident is suspected to have been caused by a car running a red light.
According to the video found on the Internet, the black car that caused the accident scraped with a white car in order to overtake before the accident. The white car seemed to lose control for a moment, but soon returned to normal.

The black car did not slow down after the collision and continued to drive at high speed towards the intersection, and at 7.07am, it caused the accident at the junction of Tampines Avenue 1 and Tampines Avenue 4 at the junction of Tampines Avenue 1 and Tampines Avenue 4 when it was suspected of running a red light.

A total of six vehicles were involved in the crash, including a primary school minibus.

As of the time of writing, two people have died in hospital, one is a 17-year-old first-year student at Temasek Junior College. She was caught under the car when she was riding to school for the annual run this morning, and when the Civil Defence Force arrived, she was caught under the car, while the other victim was a 57-year-old female passenger in the van.
Two 11-year-old boys were injured, three male drivers of a car, aged between 42 and 48, and a 64-year-old male driver of a truck were taken to hospital. A 42-year-old female driver of a car and a 39-year-old male passenger of a van went to hospital on their own. The 42-year-old male driver of the car is assisting the police in the investigation.

The injured were taken to Changi General Hospital (4), Tan Tock Seng Hospital (2) and KK Women's and Children's Hospital (2).
According to data released by the traffic police, 136 people lost their lives due to traffic accidents in 2023, an increase of 25.9% compared to 108 in 2022.
