It should be pointed out that what Zhang is talking about here is blood, and from the perspective of the pathogenesis of his discussion, it should be inflammation of the reproductive system. It can be seen in vesiculitis or acute and chronic prostatitis, and his discussion is in the same vein as Ye Tianshi's view. In terms of etiology and pathogenesis, his understanding is deeper than Ye Tianshi's.

Because the sperm tract is connected to the sperm chamber, and the physiology and pathology of the sperm chamber are closely related to the eight veins of the Qi Sutra such as Chong, Ren, Du and Dai, the diseases of the Jing Dao mostly involve the Qi Jing.

The blood chamber that Zhang refers to is actually the cell palace in women and the sperm chamber in men. Among the eight veins, the blood chamber is more closely related to Chong, Ren, Governor, and Belt.
