Today, BYD released the official interior image of the Hiace 07 EV. It is reported that the car will be launched in the near future.

The interior of the Hiace 07 EV adopts a new design, with a simple interior design, with a continuous black trim on the center console, a hidden design for the full LCD instrument cluster, and a silver trim plate with dark stripes underneath, and no physical buttons. The floating center display measures 15.6 inches and is equipped with deeply customized AutoNavi navigation, four-tone voice recognition, AR-HUD head-up display and multi-screen display. It is equipped with the DiLink 100 in-vehicle system, which provides the DiPilot 100 high-end intelligent driving assistance system. Equipped with 12 ultrasonic radars, 5 millimeter-wave radars, and 11 cameras, it supports functions such as automatic on/off ramps, autonomous lane change/overtaking, active obstacle avoidance, and intelligent ramp selection. It is equipped with a new four-spoke steering wheel, wireless charging of mobile phones with a maximum power of 50 watts in the sub-instrument area, and an area for NFC card keys.

In terms of appearance, the BYD Hiace 07 EV adopts the marine aesthetic design concept of the Ocean Net family, and the front face continues the design style of the Ocean X concept car, with a stretched side shape and a fastback shape. The body size, length, width and height are 4830/1925/1620 mm, and the wheelbase is 2930 mm.

In terms of power, it is equipped with BYD's new electric drive system, which is equipped with a 1200-volt silicon carbide power module as standard, and provides three power configurations, including rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive. It is equipped with 71.8 kWh and 80.64 kWh lithium iron phosphate blade batteries, providing a variety of cruising ranges of 550 km, 610 km and 550 km (four-wheel drive). It adopts front double wishbone and rear five-link independent suspension, and the four-wheel drive model is equipped with Yunlin-C intelligent damping body control system and iTAC intelligent torque control system.

The Hiace 07 EV is expected to compete with mid-size electric SUVs such as Tesla's Model Y when launched.
