1. Improve the quality of employees

Set up a special fund of 600,000 yuan to provide subsidies for qualified employees with vocational skills and senior workers.
2. Model workers and craftsmen help enterprises
Set up a district model worker craftsman service team to help enterprises, absorb 60 model workers and craftsmen, and solve no less than 50 problems for enterprises according to needs.

6. Help for employees in difficulty
Increase investment, carry out condolence activities for employees in difficulty, and give key assistance to employees in difficulty in terms of employment skills training, medical mutual assistance, golden autumn student assistance, and recuperation for front-line employees, so as to help employees in difficulty and get rid of poverty in a "combination boxing" style.
