On April 22, the 55th Earth Day, Didi Chuxing announced that it would cooperate with Didi Public Welfare, China Environmental Protection Foundation, and Qinling Giant Panda Research Center to protect the panda "Bazai" for life, with pedigree number 1260. Panda Bazai lives in Qinling Sibao Park, Hanzhongyang County, Shaanxi Province, and is a descendant of the brown giant panda Qizai. In the future, Didi Chuxing will support the conservation of giant pandas in terms of their daily food, living environment, and health protection.

Didi Chuxing continues to actively advocate low-carbon travel for users through carpooling, new energy vehicles and other travel modes. With the support of Chengdu Cultural Tourism Group, Didi Chuxing has set up a panda-themed Didi station at the Chengdu Giant Panda Base, which is equipped with a waiting rest area and a taxi area for the elderly, and the waiting area has an awning and row of seats for users to wait for the bus to rest. The elderly group can scan the QR code of the station to help the elderly take a taxi or call the elderly to call a taxi directly, eliminating the need to enter the pick-up point and other operations. Users can also scan the code in the station to receive exclusive discounts, and get the coupon before departure, making convenient travel more affordable.
