"At present, there are 24 greenhouses of pepper seedlings in our base, all of which adopt drifting tray seedling technology. The town provided us with free site to raise seedlings, as well as pepper seeds, fertilizer and technical guidance, and the transplanting is expected to be completed by the end of April. "Put the pepper seedlings in the hole first, hold the seedlings with one hand, and compact the roots with mud with the other hand, so that the transplanting ......is done" came to the pepper planting base in Taiping Village, and the villagers were in groups of two or three, busy with transplanting work such as punching, breaking the film, and inserting seedlings. After a while, rows of pepper seedlings were neatly arranged on the ground, and as far as the eye could see, the green pepper seedlings were swaying in the wind, full of hope for a good harvest.

In recent years, relying on regional advantages, Taibai Town has actively promoted the cultivation of chili peppers, and continuously stimulated the enthusiasm and initiative of the masses through the mode of government-led, farmer planting and company acquisition, so that "small chili peppers" have become a "big industry" to help the masses increase their income.
"The company provides us with pepper seedlings, fertilizer, mulch, and technical guidance. Now that the temperature is right, I want to finish planting as soon as possible, hoping for a good harvest this year. Villager Chen Li said.
In the development of the industry, Taibai Town adapts measures to local conditions, adheres to the goal of "increasing agricultural efficiency and increasing farmers' income", and plans to plant 17,000 acres of peppers this year, constantly promoting industrial development, so that the pockets of the masses are bulging and the days are on fire.
