In the past few days, Yangdachengzi Town has consolidated the remediation model of "one clearing, two constructions and three pipes", comprehensively carried out the spring battle for the renovation of the human settlements, and helped the construction of beautiful villages.
Consolidate the remediation mode to ensure the long-term effect of normalcy
Adhere to the "one clear, two construction and three pipes" rectification model. "One clear": In accordance with the "five clean" standards, thoroughly clean up the agricultural production waste, garbage heaps and dung heaps on both sides of the village road, in front of and behind the houses in the village, and thoroughly clean up the ditches inside and outside the village, and resolutely get to the bottom of the problem without leaving dead ends. All public spaces are cleared for landscaping. "Second construction": according to the actual situation of each tun, the construction of garbage and livestock and poultry manure two temporary storage points, convenient for unified and centralized treatment, so that timely removal, clean and tidy; let livestock and poultry manure "turn waste into treasure", to achieve local and nearby return to the field, as a fundamental way out to solve the pollution of livestock and poultry breeding, an important path for the development of planting and breeding cycle and a key measure to improve soil fertility. "Three pipes": adhere to the combination of construction and management, and establish and improve a complete long-term mechanism for management and protection operation in accordance with the classified treatment mode. Through paid employment, part of the funds will be changed from "outsourcing" to "insourcing", and the poor households with the ability to work in the village or "tun good" will be hired as cleaners, and the domestic garbage, other production waste, and livestock and poultry manure that are not in the barrel will be effectively supervised and standardized.
Strengthen overall supervision and realize legislative reforms
Three supervision groups were set up to carry out comprehensive supervision in 163 tuns in 21 villages. Adopt the "list" and "sales number system" of problems, and directly feedback the problems found on the spot to the villages, supervise the implementation of reforms, and carry out "retrospective" in a timely manner to ensure that the rectification of problems is in place, and regularly issue notices in the work group to reflect the real situation of the town's human settlements environment improvement in a realistic manner.
Give full play to the main role and realize joint construction and sharing
Adhere to the perspective of the masses, formulate village rules and regulations, implement the main responsibility, advocate "garbage does not land, homes are more beautiful", and guide villagers to develop good production and living habits. Adopt "online" and "offline" linkage, make full use of loudspeakers, WeChat groups and other media to tell about the people around them, and win the understanding, support and active participation of villagers. Carry out point rewards and commendations and "beautiful courtyards" and "clean homes" selection activities, hand over the problems of clean, green, and beautiful courtyards to the villagers to solve, mobilize villagers to change from "watching from the sidelines" to "doing it with their hands", and actively participate in the improvement of the rural living environment and the construction of beautiful villages. Up to now, more than 800 villagers have been dispatched to volunteer labor in the town.
Carefully build a model and play an exemplary role
Construct a work pattern of "the main body of the party committee and government, the overall planning of the work class, the specific grasp of the village, and the three-level cadre package", strictly follow the "beautiful thousand villages" demonstration and creation of "nine and six no" standards, strengthen the demonstration and creation, and promote each village to build three model tuns. At the same time, combined with the industrial characteristics and humanistic characteristics of the village, we will develop characteristic cooperation models such as "demonstration creation + characteristic industry" and "demonstration creation + rural tourism" to drive the development of the village economy, consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, and accelerate the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.
