On April 19, Gaolan County actively organized the launching ceremony and demonstration activities of the province's "Longyuan Women's Law Popularization Rural Tour", which was held in Shangche Village, Shichuan Town, and presided over by Ou Jiecao, vice chairman of the Provincial Women's Federation. About 300 people from relevant units in Lanzhou City and Gaolan County, women volunteers, women legal experts, rural model households for learning and using the law, representatives of law enforcement teams, and representatives of women participated in the event.
Relevant leaders of the Cyberspace Administration of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Department of Justice, and the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs attended and delivered speeches. Hu Junfeng, member of the Standing Committee of the Lanzhou Municipal Party Committee and vice mayor, delivered a welcome speech. Ou Jiecao, member of the party group and vice chairman of the Provincial Women's Federation, presided over the launching ceremony.
At the ceremony, the Provincial Women's Federation issued a proposal to strive to be a "woman who understands the law", and the representative of the "Longyuan Women's Law Popularization Rural Tour" women's volunteer service team took the oath. After the activity was launched, wonderful legal popularization publicity and legal knowledge consultation were carried out on the spot through the allegro "Women Say Law Popularization", Qin Dialect "Three Sessions of Trial", the poem recitation "Our Power", the rural "women who understand the law" telling the stories around them, and legal experts answering questions and solving doubts. The Lanzhou Women's Federation and relevant units, some law enforcement units in Gaolan County, and member units of the Leading Group for Legal Popularization carried out a variety of publicity activities on the spot.
