Reminiscing about the past, polishing the background color of loyalty, learning from the past and knowing the future, and continuing the red gene. Recently, the "Outline" training course for the third-level chief officer of the Armed Police Corps organized all the students to visit the 359th Brigade Tunken Memorial Hall to promote the majority of students to gather strength to forge ahead in the pursuit of red footprints and relive red history.
Born in Jinggang Mountain, grew up in Nanniwan, fought tens of thousands of miles, and reclaimed in the Tianshan Mountains. Walking into the museum, General Wang Zhen's famous sentence was the first to come into view, and the 20 big characters seemed to stand forever, interpreting the "past life" of the Corps.
In 1954, Chairman Mao ordered the 105,000 officers and soldiers stationed in Xinjiang to collectively change jobs on the spot, holding pickaxes in one hand and guns in the other, and producing while preparing for war. They fully carried forward the fine style of "being particularly able to endure hardships, to be particularly patient, and to be particularly able to contribute" and explained the spiritual core of "loving the motherland, making selfless dedication, working hard, and forging ahead" with practical actions.
The true story is touching, and the red spirit is engraved in my heart. Everyone recalled the long years when their ancestors took root in the frontier and dedicated themselves to the frontier, and they also better understood the hard-won success of a better life.
Talking about the perception of this visit, a squadron leader said with emotion: "I have been to this memorial hall many times, but this time the feeling is particularly special. As front-line leaders at the grassroots level, we should keep in mind our original mission, fulfill our duties and responsibilities, inherit and carry forward the spirit of the Corps, take root in the frontier, and dedicate ourselves to the frontier. ”
Walking into the History Museum, everyone was looking forward to it, and when they walked out of the History Museum, the students were full of respect. A revolutionary history memorial hall, a weathered historical object, like an inextinguishable fire, like a spiritual highland, thought-provoking and inspiring.
Only by understanding history can we see further, and only by keeping our original intention can we go further. The "Outline" training focuses on digging deep into the spiritual connotation of the station's red resources, allowing the red history to enter the classroom and approach the students, so that the chief officers at all levels can feel the red history at zero distance, understand what is the original intention, and how to stick to the original intention.
What is moving is the story, but what remains unchanged is the inheritance. Looking back at history, generation after generation of XPCC members have taken root in the borders of the motherland, inherited and carried forward the party's fine traditions, and silently adhered to the cause of reclamation and garrisoning the frontiers.
From the 359th Brigade to the veterans of the Desert Brigade, from the selfless desert guards to the forged ahead Corps armed police. Looking back at the way they came, the officers and men of the corps always insisted on inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of the Corps, and played the eulogy of "having the courage to endure hardships, being willing to endure, being loyal to their duties, and being willing to contribute."
"There are no birds in the sky, no grass grows on the ground, the wind blows the stones and runs", "The soldiers watch the soldiers during the day, and count the stars at night"...... At the beginning of the formation of the unit, this was the truest portrayal of the harsh and harsh environment. The officers and men lived in underground dungeons, drank water from waterlogged dams, slept in Datongpu, and were set up in the depths of the Gobi Desert, where "roads go to the end, electricity goes to the end, and water goes to the end," and they are almost isolated from the rest of the world.
There is only a desolate desert, and there is no desolate life...... This sentence has long been deeply engraved in the bones of officers and soldiers. The people of the frontier soldiers are loyal to the party, and their will to defend the frontier is stronger. In the wind and sand, they shouted to shake the sky, and in the severe cold and heat, their eyes were like torches.
The times are changing, the tasks are changing, but what remains unchanged is the firm will to take root and dedication in the depths of people's hearts and the youthful enthusiasm to change the world. A stubble of officers and soldiers took root in the frontier outposts, accompanied by the wind and sand, and poplar as their companions, consciously regarded their posts as combat positions and wars as their careers, continued to inherit and struggle, and the confidence to win the war became more and more abundant, and the background of loyalty became more and more prominent.
Embarking on a new journey and facing the clarion call to strengthen the army, the officers and men of the armed police of the Corps in the new era will carry forward and inherit the spirit of the Corps, work hard, move forward bravely and resolutely, and write a mission worthy of the glory of the times.
