A few days ago, the reporter learned from the project department that the construction of the Provincial Highway 310 Dehua County Tuban (Li Cuo) to Gade (Zhongyang) section project (bid section 3) has made new progress, which is expected to be completed in October this year.
Walking into the construction site of the project, it can be seen that the left and right holes of the Dingzhai Gong Tunnel have all been successfully penetrated, and the substructure of the Li Cuo Bridge has been basically completed. The workers are also busy in their respective posts, some are pouring cable trenches in the tunnel, some are controlling excavators to excavate the guide pit under the Dingzhaigong Tunnel, and some are carrying out the construction of the lower part of the bridge and the erection of supports.
The project mileage of the Tuban (Li Cuo) to Gaide (Zhongyang) section of the second line of the national and provincial trunk line (S310) Dehua Banlin (Putian boundary) to Gade road section is about 0.909 kilometers, the roadbed is 32 meters wide, and a bridge of 189 meters and a tunnel of 550 meters are set up.

The project adopts the technical standard design of secondary highway, with a design speed of 40km/h, asphalt concrete pavement, and two-way six-lane standard. Construction started in December 2022 with a contract period of 20 months. The key control project of this project is the Dingzhai Gong Tunnel, and the left and right tunnels of the tunnel have all been successfully penetrated, laying a solid foundation for the completion on schedule.
According to reports, the project is an important part of the newly planned provincial trunk line "eight vertical, ten horizontal and fifteen linked" in the second line of the central line, connecting the "five horizontal and three vertical" planning road network in our county "two horizontal" North Ring Road and Gade Town, but also connecting Dehua Railway Station and the county seat of Yingbin Avenue and fast and convenient passage, taking into account the urbanization service function under the premise of meeting the traffic function.

Next, (we) will focus on the construction of the Li Cuo Bridge bridge project, now the substructure of the Li Cuo Bridge has been basically completed, and the construction of the prestressed concrete cast-in-situ box girder of the superstructure project will be carried out immediately. The project strives to complete all the construction projects agreed in the contract with quality and quantity within the construction period agreed in the contract.
