The "magical colorful paint" of the Children's Palace was overturned
On April 20, the reporter walked into the newly returned Yangpu District Children's Palace, feeling like walking into a colorful castle. The second to fifth floors are painted with yellow, green, blue and pink whitewash, implying different club themes such as folk music, calligraphy and painting, and Western music, with bright colors and childlike fun.
In front of the "interactive graffiti wall" on the second floor, more than a dozen children are painting graffiti on the wall with acrylic paint. Let's lay the background color first, and then shape the outline...... The smiling faces of the children are particularly touching against the background of macaron-colored paint.
"Although the third year of junior high school is very busy, coming to the Children's Palace to paint is an opportunity for me to slow down and cultivate my sentiments. The students of the Chinese Painting Club of the District Children's Palace, who were graffiti, told reporters that their work wanted to express a sparkling feeling, just like the colorful sunset when it reflected on the water.
Pan Minyu, a teacher of Chinese painting at the District Children's Palace, described to reporters the artistic conception expressed in this graffiti work, "The main idea of such a painting is that the Children's Palace has a colorful magical pigment, which was overturned one day, turning the entire Children's Palace and the surrounding environment into a colorful appearance." She said that she hopes that children can experience different paints and painting techniques, and use different art to express their love for life. The reporter learned that this interactive graffiti wall is covered with a layer of film, and after removing this film, children can also be allowed to graffiti repeatedly.
An "interactive wall" full of musical instruments
"Western Music Instrument Wall" and "Dream Small Stage"...... From the second floor to the fifth floor, each floor of the Children's Palace has reserved an entire interactive wall with a unique theme for children. On the second floor, the "Folk Music Instrument Wall" is filled with a variety of folk music instruments. Students are free to take off the auditions. Before the renovation of the Children's Palace, the teachers had gathered many times to discuss the theme design of the interactive wall, "I considered different schemes such as magnetic mosaics, geometric pattern collage, etc., and finally decided on the current theme." Wang Feiran, the chief counselor of the Young Pioneers in Yangpu District, said that the youth teachers on each floor often sit together to carry out "brainstorming", aiming to let the children receive the aesthetic education edification of art courses, and at the same time stimulate their inner freedom and autonomy to the greatest extent, so that everyone can "move".
Every weekend, nearly 10,000 students will come to the Children's Palace to enjoy their growth time. The club curriculum here covers 100% of the primary and secondary schools in the area.
