Recently......, a certain unit of the Hunan Armed Police Corps has taken multiple measures to carry out the activity of "establishing a correct outlook on consumption and being a rational consumer" in accordance with the idea of "grasping the situation in real time, solving practical problems, and correctly guiding behavior" to guide officers and soldiers to scientifically and rationally plan expenditures and cultivate a healthy outlook on consumption.
"The general young age, lack of life experience, being easily tempted and deceived, and being keen to spend ahead of time are the realistic characteristics of some officers and men at present. The leader of the unit said that in view of the problems of some officers and men who have no plan for spending and saving money, they immediately formulated an education plan, focusing on the family doting pass, the police sergeant promotion and selection pass, and the human relationship and sophistication level, and accurately exerting force, teaching students according to their aptitude, and carrying out a series of education on "cultivating the correct concept of consumption" with a definite purpose, correcting erroneous cognitions with the concept of healthy consumption, and making it the consensus of officers and men to live within their means and do what they can.
"In our daily expenses, we should abandon the erroneous concept of 'only buying expensive, not right,' ......" On the debate platform, the pros and cons of the pros and cons quoted scriptures and classics, made witty remarks, and their wonderful speeches drew applause from the officers and men in the audience. Adhering to the principle of "everyone is the protagonist, everyone participates, and there is a strong atmosphere at all times," the unit plans ingenious and entertaining activities such as special debates, themed sitcoms, and quotations on consumption views, so as to help officers and men establish a "small ledger" of personal consumption, so that every officer and soldier can know where his money is being spent and what he is doing.

At the experience exchange meeting organized by the unit, soldier Lu Dacheng launched an initiative to all officers and men, and opened a great discussion on rational consumption with three successive questions, such as "Why should we buy it?"
