It is rumored that there is a village in Suji, where the ancestors have been slaughtering cattle for generations, and men, women and children are all proficient in this way, and they are called "Cattle Killing Zhou Village". The beef was transported to various places, but the tripe belly was inconvenient to transport and could not stay for a long time, so it had to be disposed of on the spot. Therefore, the people of Zhoucun buried the pot to cook beef offal on the river beach on the west bank of the Emei River in Sujichang, and set up a soup pot stall, because there are many people in Suji, and the beef soup pot is cheap and eats, so it is very popular with the people.
