Clock in and out of work at the same time, and then the mobile phone is turned off or silent, and the work message will not be replied...... At present, the phenomenon of "not working hard" and "not being in the heart" in the workplace has attracted attention. In some organs and units, this kind of "mental slippage" state of not actually leaving their posts but not working hard also exists among some young people and cadres in non-leading positions. Why do they lose their passion for their work?

While the spirit slipped, while studying the assessment

"Many young people have more personality, and when they come to work in the morning, they have been waiting for the end of work, and they also claim, 'I am only responsible for doing my job well, otherwise I will be sorry for my salary'. A cadre of an organ in a county in the western region said that with the changes of the times, young people's outlook on occupation has undergone great changes. Some people are not in the state when they go to work, they have no enthusiasm and initiative for work, just like "the little monk hits the bell", step by step, never do more, and will not use their brains to think about how to do their work more brilliantly.

In recent years, the phenomenon of "spiritual slippage" in the workplace has attracted widespread attention. In government agencies, enterprises and institutions, many people continue to do "sit-ups" - lying flat but not completely lying flat, and swinging rotten but not completely rotten. They reject the expectation of "infinite self-transcendence", and the "hard work" that their parents once prided themselves on is no longer their goal.

"People are absent-minded...... What do you think of the grassroots cadres' "spiritual slip number"?

Zhang Chao (pseudonym), a grassroots cadre in a certain place in the western region, said that some young people are satisfied with the status quo and have a strong inert mentality. Faced with urgent and dangerous tasks and temporary overtime, they claim that "this is not my duty, it is none of my business".

Some young people don't want to do it, they don't know how to do it, and they shirk it with "I won't". "You asked him to work overtime to write a material, or go out to check, and the reply was all 'I won't', and I taught him again and again, and he still said no. A leading cadre who did not want to be named said.

At the same time, some cadres are not active in their work, but they are proficient in studying the assessment rules. Banyuetan reporters learned from interviews that some townships and towns in a certain county in the western region have formulated an evaluation system for punching in and signing in for the phenomenon of lying flat in order to deal with the problem, but the results are quite ironic. "Statistics have found that comrades who usually work hard and work overtime will be 'entangled' due to various things, and there will be situations such as asking for leave. People who fish and hang out at work are full of clock-ins and are particularly active in check-in, which is a stark contrast. A cadre of an organ said that these "spiritual slippery" personnel not only did not work seriously, but also ridiculed and ridiculed their colleagues who worked hard. "Look, whoever does so much doesn't get the same salary as me......"

In addition, after some leading cadres were reappointed to non-leading posts due to their age, number of posts, and change of office, their thinking was slackened, their enthusiasm for work plummeted, and they believed that they had "reached the age of retirement" or that they had upheld the idea of "not being in their positions and not seeking their own affairs," and they had been in a state of idleness for a long time. "During an inspection in the countryside, a cadre who was reassigned to a non-leadership position led the team. After arriving, due to the hot weather, he stayed in the car to blow the air conditioner and asked others to go to the site to check the key data. Zhang Chao said that the cadres do not do it themselves, but let others do it, which makes others dissatisfied.

Behind the "spiritual slip number" is a triple dilemma

Interviewees believe that the phenomenon of "mental slippage" occurs from time to time in the workplace, reflecting an unhealthy workplace ecology. This is inseparable from the mentality of the worker himself, and also closely related to the working environment of the employer.

- Workplace burnout, the formation of resistance to work. Li Jianzhong, a national second-level psychological counselor, said that job burnout is one of the important reasons for workers' "mental slippage"; some workers work hard at work, but they do not get the respect and treatment they deserve, resulting in a psychological gap; some people in a long-term and high-intensity work environment, their work passion is gradually consumed, and there are signs of "opposition" in both physical and mental functions. "Workers are emotionally resistant to work and burnt out, and they are often prone to fall into 'mental slips'. Li Jianzhong said.

"People are absent-minded...... What do you think of the grassroots cadres' "spiritual slip number"?

- Dissatisfaction with the work environment or disappointment with career development. Some respondents said that some units have a poor workplace environment and a bad atmosphere, and the corresponding reward and punishment mechanism is not perfect, making it difficult to give full play to their value. In this state, employees may lose their enthusiasm for their work and no longer pursue progress or excellence.

Yao Hua, director of the Institute of Sociology of the Guangxi Academy of Social Sciences, said that although the "spiritual slip" can temporarily provide individuals with a kind of comfort to escape reality, it may lead to stagnation or even degradation of personal abilities in the long run.

- Unclear career planning. Li Jianzhong said that at present, many young people who have the idea of "spiritual slippage" are actually in a relatively "confused" stage, lack of career planning and goals, some people are stagnant, and some people are in a hurry, which is not conducive to the positive growth of employees in the workplace, and over time it is easy to "put bad" negative response in the mentality, which is not conducive to the personal development of employees, and is not conducive to the benign operation of organizations or institutions.

The combination of dredging and blocking shapes the business pioneer

According to the interviewee, employers should face up to this phenomenon and resolve the occupational anxiety behind the "mental slip" through the combination of dredging and blocking. At the same time, workers themselves should also adjust their mentality, correct their work attitude, and better realize their own value.

The first is to improve the system and mechanism to create a first-class environment for employees to start a business. When making decisions involving the interests of employees, relevant departments and agencies should solicit opinions, let middle-level cadres and cadre representatives participate more, enhance their sense of participation, and strive to make the matching of people and posts more reasonable, so that the professional knowledge and potential of employees can be further released.

The second is to reasonably release work pressure and improve their overall quality. Yao Hua believes that employees should have a sunny attitude, actively respond to difficulties and challenges in their work, correct their work attitude, and strive to give full play to their own value. A cadre of the organization work in a certain place in the western region believes that at the personal level, it is necessary to clear out one's thoughts, examine oneself, make a career plan, set reasonable expectations for oneself, and abandon the mentality of rushing for success. Only by seeing yourself clearly and "sculpting" yourself in your work can you experience the ability to calmly deal with all kinds of wind and waves.

The third is to do a good job of "passing on the help" and creating new achievements in a full state. Li Jianzhong said that some newly hired personnel have a period of confusion after entering the unit, and in this regard, they should arrange for mentors to teach and solve doubts in a timely manner, and help set clear career plans and short-term goals. At the same time, the position rotation should be carried out in a timely manner, and the work content and workload should be adjusted to bring freshness and a sense of mission to the cadres, so that they can maintain a sense of motivation and purpose in their work.
