The reporter learned from the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau (Intellectual Property Office) that from January 2023 to February 2024, 137509 patents were authorized in the province, including 21,012 invention patents, a year-on-year increase of 19.24%, 81,775 utility model patents, and 34,722 design patents. By the end of 2023, the province has 34,306 high-value invention patents, and intellectual property rights have achieved remarkable results in helping enterprises innovate and develop.

The predecessor of Fujian Qingyuan Technology Co., Ltd. was Shishi Qingyuan Printing and Dyeing, which was established in 2003. "In the past, the printing and dyeing industry used coal as fuel to burn boilers, which caused great environmental pollution. In 2007, Fujian Qingyuan Technology Co., Ltd. and Fuzhou University jointly established a technology research and development center, successively established Fujian Province Coal Water Slurry Enterprise Engineering Technology Research Center, Fujian Provincial Academician Expert Workstation and other scientific research platforms, and carried out various forms of industry-university-research cooperation with domestic universities and research institutes, including patent licensing and technology transfer, joint development and sharing of scientific research results, and participated in the formulation of national standards for fuel coal water slurry.

However, the process of patent landing and transformation is not all smooth sailing.

The transportation mode of coal-water slurry is mainly tanker, how to make the coal-water slurry not precipitate in long-distance transportation?

When using coal-water slurry, it is necessary to use a spray gun for atomization, how to choose the thickness of the nozzle, how much additives should be used, so that the coal-water slurry maintains the best viscosity, the viscosity is too high to block the nozzle, too low and easy to precipitate......

"I remember one evening, I received a call from Professor Liu Minghua, and Qingyuan Company reported that the dye dispersant had a technical problem of poor heat resistance. Liu Yifan recalled that she and her team members immediately rushed to the laboratory to conduct experiments. At about 1 o'clock in the morning, Liu Minghua, Wang Qingyuan, chairman of Qingyuan Company, Su Qiande, director of production safety, and others evaluated the experimental results in the laboratory. After experiments again and again, in 2009, Fujian Qiaolong took the lead in independently developing the first hydraulically driven emergency water supply and drainage rescue vehicle to fill the gap in the market. In 2016, the company obtained the invention patent authorization of "a crawler pumping station", and used the patent and the original patent product portfolio to independently develop the "dragon water absorption" sub-parent emergency water supply and drainage rescue vehicle, which made up for the technical defects of the domestic drainage rescue vehicle with large volume and inability to enter the low-rise environment, and quickly solved the problems of water accumulation in underground garages, tunnel water, subway water, and farmland water accumulation after the disaster, so as to achieve disaster reduction and relief.

After many times of communication with the leaders of Longyan Branch of Quanzhou Bank, the two sides treated each other with sincerity and bold innovation, and took the lead in launching a new type of corporate financing model in Longyan City and even the province, namely patent pledge + order financing. In 2016, after evaluation, the patent assets were assessed at 72.62 million yuan, and in this way, the Longyan Branch of Quanzhou Bank obtained two credit lines totaling 65 million yuan, and in the following three years, the company received nearly 200 million yuan of bank credit support in the same way, which greatly filled the gap of enterprise funds.

Patent energy loans have added new channels for enterprises such as Fujian Qiaolong to obtain financing. In 2021, CCB took the lead in launching the province's first centralized credit business for intellectual property pledge financing in Longyan City, allocating a special centralized credit line of RMB 1 billion for "informative" small, medium and micro enterprises in Longyan region, effectively alleviating the financial difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.
