Guyu is one of the 24 solar terms, and the arrival of the Guyu solar term means that the temperature gradually rises, the precipitation increases, and the spring-sown crops enter the critical growth period. In order to guide children to understand the seasonal characteristics of the Guyu solar term and feel the magical charm of nature. On April 19th, Xiguan Community and Zhao County Taxi Kindergarten carried out the theme activity of "Living Up to the Spring and Painting the Valley Rain".
During the activity, the community staff introduced the origin and characteristics of the Guyu solar term to the children, and let the children have a better understanding of the Guyu solar term culture by watching the videos of Guyu agricultural activities and the stories of the Guyu solar terms.
After listening carefully to the production method of Gu Yu's clay works, the children were eager to try and choose the color of the clay and the shape of the cardboard, and the community staff assisted the children to complete the production. After the production was completed, the children showed their works, and the colorful and vibrant clay works made the whole classroom full of spring.
Through this activity, the children not only felt the charm of traditional culture, but also enhanced the children's hands-on ability.
