In order to further strengthen the fire safety management of the hotel and catering industry, improve the fire safety awareness and fire emergency response ability of employees, on April 18, the Pingyao County Fire and Rescue Brigade walked into the Four Seasons Hotel in Pingyao County to send a "fire feast" to more than 30 responsible persons, managers and employees.
Before the training, the trainees watched the warning education film of fire accident cases, and everyone had a deeper understanding of fire awareness and fire prevention.
Subsequently, the lecturer Zhang Ye carried out training on three aspects: implementing the fire safety responsibility system, improving the "four capabilities" of fire safety, and doing a good job in gas safety.
In view of the fire characteristics of catering establishments, Zhang Ye explained in detail the key points of the unit's daily inspection, the fire formation process, the initial fire extinguishing and self-rescue and escape methods from four aspects: fire prevention, fire extinguishing, escape, and self-rescue.
"Catering establishments are densely populated places, especially the kitchen fire and electricity are relatively concentrated, to regularly clean up the oil stains, fire and electricity when the staff can not leave the post, often check the electrical circuit switch, and timely remove the fire safety hazards in the store. In view of kitchen fire safety, Zhang Ye explained the fire safety precautions to the trainees from the aspects of cleaning up pipeline oil stains, non-standard chef operation, and oil pot fire.
"We also often organize employees to carry out fire safety training and emergency drills, especially for new employees, the first pass before taking up their posts is to train fire safety, requiring them to be familiar with the hotel's evacuation channels, fire-fighting facilities and equipment, etc., and at the same time, the clerk will also remind customers not to smoke in bed, do not use open flames in the room, and use all kinds of electrical appliances and other fire safety knowledge in a safe manner. Lian Jianming, the fire safety manager of the hotel, said that through this training, it not only enhanced everyone's awareness of fire safety and prevention, but also improved the fire safety management level of the hotel, enhanced the hotel's ability to resist fire, and added a fire safety guarantee for fire prevention.
