This year's film carnival, with the theme of "Light and Shadow Imprint, Huairou Life", includes 8 film metropolis venues and N linkage venues. The overall launch of the five major brand activities, including the best film appointment, movie tour, light and shadow dream, carnival tour, flower Young fun and encounter tour, indulgent events, roaming tour, landscape and pastoral tour, a total of more than 40 cultural activities, will create an atmosphere of "film + slow life, micro-tourism".
According to the Huairou District Cultural Promotion Center, during the two-week event, the film will create a new lifestyle that integrates film art in the film capital flower sea, and create a new film activity with both artistic atmosphere and life texture. Citizens and tourists can make tea around the stove under the canopy, taste the "village coffee", and quietly enjoy the first movie of spring. During the event, the "Light and Shadow Screening Room" film screening event held at the Huairou Campus of Beijing Film Academy will screen the excellent films provided by the organizing committee and Huaiying Film Enterprises.

In addition to film screening activities, Huairou District has also created a new brand of "City of Light and Shadow" film capital, where citizens can experience cool lights, dynamic music, various forms of cultural performances and interactive DJs, as well as a variety of interactive projects such as children's garden parties and light and shadow gatherings. MIGOO pet exclusive camps, library and other points will also launch a series of activities such as pet carnivals and children's drama performances.
In order to attract young tourists, Huairou District has created some "check-in" scenes, connecting the high-quality cultural and tourism resources of China's film capitals such as the Companion Shadow Liangtian Leisure Area, Bona Film Huairou Base, and Haihao Film and Television Base, such as the Hobbit Town launched by Companion Shadow Liangtian, which will not only create a fairy tale atmosphere for tourists, but also launch night markets, theatrical performances, band performances and other activities. In addition, Huairou District also focuses on the construction of Huairou all-for-one tourism demonstration zone, and launches a series of experience activities such as night tours of Yanqi Lake and Scarecrow Art Festival in high-quality cultural tourism destinations in Huairou such as Yanqi Lake, Mutianyu Great Wall, and Tongniu Film and Television Town.

It is worth noting that on April 27, Huairou District will restart the new Kunlun "Battle of the Gods" World Championship, leading the public to experience the Huairou version of the "Octagon Cage", and the Youth Elite Tournament will be held on the same day, which is free for the public.
