The restoration of the old site of Star Perfume Factory is a major project of Shanghai China Central Place on the North Bund, with a scale of about 200,000 square meters, which will be composed of a 180-meter-high international headquarters office building, multiple open landscape plazas and 30 buildings with historical and cultural features, and will start construction in 2023, and is expected to complete the opening goal of full completion in three years.
