Things have passed more than 9 months, in March this year, many owners found that the downstairs business began to start construction again, after consulting the political platform, on April 1, the Yuhang District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau replied: the design drawings declared by the construction unit were qualified. According to the published review documents, the functions after the renovation are: the first floor is a vegetable supermarket, and the second floor is a training room (13~30 years old).

"Last year's renovation did not even have approval procedures. This year, seeing that it has resumed construction again, the owners learned through verification from the Yuhang District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau that the decoration project of the commercial service network was submitted to the Zhejiang Provincial Engineering Construction Drawing Digital Management System (Hangzhou) for construction drawing review on August 30, 2023, and was reviewed by the Zhejiang Bowen Construction Engineering Construction Drawing Review Center on October 31, 2023, and the fire protection partition wall of the commercial service network has been corrected in the design documents, and the fire protection unit does not exceed 300 square meters. According to the relevant policies and regulations, the construction should be filed for decoration, and the property owner has submitted the design drawings that have passed the construction drawing review to the decoration record for review, and has handled the decoration record on November 21, 2023 (the record number is Hangzhou Non-residential No. 202311210008).

"In April last year, shop investors were punished by the Yuhang District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau for 'advertising commercial leasing in the name of the market on the Douyin platform without obtaining a market registration certificate', and now they are starting to solicit investment again. If all kinds of small vendors flock in at that time, the living atmosphere and environmental sanitation conditions of the community can be imagined. Another owner, Mr. Li, sighed and showed the reporter the definition of the farmers' market in the "Code for the Construction and Management of Farmers' Markets" (DB33/T592-2015) through his mobile phone: the market organizer provides fixed commercial locations (including stalls, shops, business rooms, etc.) and corresponding facilities, provides property services, implements operation and management, and has a number of operators entering the market to independently engage in vegetables, poultry, meat, aquatic products and other types of food business fixed places.

Regardless of whether the inquiry is open to "snacks and noodle restaurants" or whether there are stalls for "meat and seafood", the information publisher has received a positive answer. One of the investment promotion accounts, "Taozi Farmers' Market Investment Operation", also played "farmers' market", "vegetable market" and "stall" in the short marketing video, and gave the specific address of the market.
