01Myanmar is changing
Recently, it was revealed that US State Department advisers had secretly met with the Democratic Alliance in Myanmar and promised to help them build "local governance", and it is clear that the US is deliberately supporting the so-called "democratic" forces.
Moreover, the timing of the contact between the two sides is also very clever, it is precisely when the government army is losing and retreating, and when the Democratic Alliance is about to achieve the final victory, they began to choose to contact the other side, and it is difficult not to speculate about the other side's thoughts.
At the same time, the Raiki region of Kachin State, which borders the mainland's Yunnan border in northern Myanmar, is also occupied by a force called the Kachin Independence Army, which is one of the five major border crossings on the mainland's border with Myanmar.
The Kachin Independence Army is an independent force in Myanmar, and the "Kachin people" from whom they come are also of the same roots as the "Jingpo people" on the mainland, and the folk customs are also very strong.
However, although the "Kachin" have very close ties with many of the surrounding ethnic minorities, they are indeed an out-and-out pro-American force, and even their faith is as Protestant in Christianity as in the United States.
Historically, the Kachin Independence Army's methods have been brutal and their operations have been insidious.
They are also the only independent armed forces in Myanmar, forming a so-called "Wen Beng nation", and hoping to independently build a state composed of the so-called "Wen Beng people", including even part of Yunnan and Tibet on the mainland.
According to internal revelations in the U.S. government, between 2004 and 2010, the U.S. government provided more than $50 million in aid to the armed group.
However, Myanmar has been able to suppress this force in the past, and even if it is pro-American, it is inseparable from contact with the mainland, so it is not noticeable, and the two sides have also had friendly exchanges and contradictions.
In this "Burmese Civil War", while the Democratic Alliance Army is setting its sights on the front line, they directly occupy the Leki port, and it can also be seen that these forces have also developed certain ambitions because of the chaos in the situation.

03 Border exercises
At the beginning of this month, the mainland conducted a number of large-scale live-fire exercises in Dehong Prefecture in Yunnan Province, which is adjacent to the Leki port, with the aim of deterring many unstable forces in Myanmar.
In this exercise, the PLA dispatched armored troops, artillery units, air defense units and other services, and even dispatched weapons such as the J-10C and H-6K.
At the same time, the location of the exercise is very close to the border line, the positions are lined up from north to south, and it is facing the Kachin State region in northern Myanmar.
First of all, the Kachin Independence Army (KIA) is fundamentally different from other forces in Myanmar in that it aims to be able to secede, and this has a huge impact on the southern part of the mainland.
Secondly, the methods of the Kachin Independence Army are very cruel, because of the poor geography and the poverty, so they are basically willing to do anything for the sake of money, and the mainland has finally succeeded in cooperating with Myanmar to eliminate the black industries such as wire fraud and human trafficking, if they grasp this area, these may appear again.
At the same time, the Kachin Independence Army (KIA) began to occupy a number of cities in the north while the government forces and the Democratic Alliance Army were fighting on the front lines of the civil war in Myanmar, which also caused some instability on the southern border of the mainland.
For example, it is reported that some Burmese soldiers have begun to try to smuggle across the border to the mainland, which will undoubtedly increase the security pressure in this region, and if the conflict becomes more intense, there may be a situation where artillery shells hit the mainland in the past, posing a great threat to the local people.
In addition, it is to warn many restless forces in Myanmar, after all, although we have seen the so-called Democratic Alliance winning one after another, in fact, to put it bluntly, they are also different "coalition forces", the most important of which is the so-called "Three Brothers Alliance".
Therefore, even if it is their main force, it is not twisted into a rope internally, but they cooperate for a common goal, even if they succeed in the final victory, the final distribution of benefits is a very big thing, not to mention that there are so many armed groups of different forces in Myanmar.
What's more, the United States did not intervene sooner or later, but intervened when the government forces were retreating one after another and the situation gradually became clear.
Therefore, the mainland's action is naturally aimed at deterring the other side, not to arbitrarily stir up the instability of the situation in Myanmar and threaten our border security.
03 The situation in Myanmar
Now that the civil war in Myanmar has been going on, the situation has shown a fairly clear side, and the successive defeats of the government forces and the pursuit of the allied forces seem to prove that the Min Aung Hlaing government has come to an end.
However, the different forces within the alliance, the division of interests of the alliance, and the large and small warlords in various places still announced that the situation in Myanmar would not end so soon and completely.
The so-called neighboring countries of the mainland have cooperated with the governments of Myanmar in the past, helping each other to actively develop their economies on the principle of win-win cooperation, and building dams, roads and other infrastructure in them, which has also brought many benefits to the local people.
After the outbreak of the civil war, although many projects were suspended, the mainland still actively mediated, hoping to ensure a relatively stable situation and actively develop relations between the two sides in the future.
The purpose of this US intervention is to encircle and support a force close to them and to loosen the internal situation in Myanmar and thus threaten the mainland.
Therefore, the situation in Myanmar is still unstable, and the forces of all parties and the involvement of the United States may cause more conflicts, and I am afraid that there is still a long way to go before that stable future.
