Day 1: Dongbei - Creek Chung Crossing - Rose Coast/Creek Chung Resort

Dongbei Village was founded in the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. The villagers are of Han nationality, mainly surnamed Li and Wu, and their ancestors have migrated here from Fujian, belonging to the Hakka people's lineage and speaking Hakka dialect. The Dongbei-Xichong Crossing (Loop) is a relatively easy and leisure outdoor hiking route, with a total climb of about 462 meters and a maximum altitude of about 178 meters, with an estimated time of about 3 hours.
Starting from the Dongbei archway, passing through the most beautiful mountain and sea campus in Shenzhen (the high school of Shenzhen School affiliated to the National People's Congress), there is a stream next to the mountaineering road, and there are bayberry, myrtle, persimmon and amla in the mountain forest...... Tracing the river upstream, you can see the quiet and leisurely small mountain village - Luowu, like a paradise. Turn right at the entrance of the village and follow the ancient ridge road to the back mountain of Xiyong, where you can overlook the sea and sky. Standing on the top of the hill overlooking the Rose Coast and Xiyong Bay, and then following Vanke's 17-mile "drunk" beautiful coastal highway (greenway) to Dongbei back to the entrance of Dongbei Village, it is a "complete" journey.
Known as the most romantic beach in Shenzhen, the Rose Coast is a national AAA tourist attraction integrating wedding photography, leisure and vacation, catering and accommodation and other functions. The Mirs Bay Plank Road is a beautiful seascape hiking route, starting from the south gate of the Rose Coast, passing through the most beautiful S-shaped coastal road, Vanke 17 Miles, Golden Beach Resort (with sunrise observation deck), Xichong Resort, sea viewing promenade around Mirs Bay Plank Road (Bei Tsai Kok section), and Bei Tsai Kok Lighthouse. The plank road is by the railing, you can watch the mountains and the sea, chase the wind and the sun, and you can also indulge in a breath and pour out your heart to the mountains and seas.
Directions:
(1) Self-driving (no reservation required): Navigate from the Xichong exit of Huishen Coastal Expressway to the Rose Coast, Xichong Resort, and Dongbei Village, and pass the most beautiful coastal highway along the way.
(2) Public transportation: Take Metro Line 2 to Exit A1 of Yantian Port West Station, transfer to M196/M362 to Xiyong Resort and Rose Coast, take bus to Kwai Chung Central Station, transfer to M456/M362 to Rose Coast and Xiyong Resort, and M456 to the entrance of Shenzhen School of Dongbei Village People's Congress.
