On April 19, the launching ceremony of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan High-level Talent Service Center (hereinafter referred to as the Service Center) of Songshan Lake International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community was held. The event was guided by the Dongguan Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Bureau and the Dongguan Municipal Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, and hosted by the Songshan Lake International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community, aiming to promote the in-depth exchange and docking of enterprises and talents from Dongguan, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and help high-quality projects to be introduced and implemented in Dongguan.
In September last year, the State Council approved the promulgation and implementation of the "Overall Plan for Deepening Cross-Strait Innovation and Development Cooperation in Dongguan". Based on this, Songshan Lake International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community took the lead in laying out the "first move", and cooperated with Huachuang Education Group to build a high-level talent service center in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and seek a good article on innovation and entrepreneurship, talent introduction and education, and industry-university-research cooperation.
The inauguration of the service center, covering talent introduction, industrial cooperation, innovation and entrepreneurship, comprehensive services, exchange ties five functional modules, will be through the introduction of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan high-level talents and scientific and technological achievements, to create a habitat for high-level talents from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and a gathering place for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan projects, to help Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan enterprises (projects) in Dongguan landing and rapid growth.
In the next three years, the service center plans to set up a talent resource pool of no less than 1,000 people, promote nearly 30 high-level talent projects from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to settle in, drive more than 100 employment and entrepreneurship personnel, and realize the joint construction of 3 doctoral and postdoctoral workstations. With the "double increase of talents and projects", we will realize the industrial empowerment of interconnection and coordination between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and the three places.
Previously, the community has held a series of activities around the cooperation and exchanges in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, to stimulate the spark of innovation, entrepreneurship and wealth creation through multi-field collision and exchange. Zhuang Shoukun, Chairman of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Innovation Think Tank and member of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, said, "The combination of innovative thinking and advanced technology of talents at home and abroad and Dongguan's profound industrial strength will greatly contribute to the rapid growth of strategic emerging industries and contribute new impetus to the economic development of the Greater Bay Area and even the whole country." ”
The signing ceremony of high-level talents and projects from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan was held on the spot, and representatives of 10 settled and intended enterprises from Hong Kong, Taiwan and other places took turns to take the stage and sign the contract. The projects involved cover artificial intelligence, health care, new energy, creative cultural tourism and other fields, fully demonstrating the active trend of cross-regional cooperation in the development of high-tech industries.
"From the beginning of the preparatory stage, we are very much looking forward to this trip to Songshan Lake in Dongguan. Huang Baiji, president of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area CEO Alliance (hereinafter referred to as the alliance) and founder of Hong Kong Puzhuo Consulting Group, said that the alliance currently has nearly 100 members, mainly Hong Kong nationals, and hopes to attract more outstanding Dongguan entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs to join in the future.
"Dongguan Songshan Lake provides a lot of policy support and subsidies for young entrepreneurs, which is very important for the youth entrepreneurship community. Subsequently, the guests visited Huawei (Songshan Lake) Developer Innovation Center, City University of Hong Kong (Dongguan), Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory and other enterprises and institutes, and experienced the charm of Songshan Lake's "science and technology share the same landscape, and the new city and industry fly together".
