Discover yourself

My name is Wang Xiaoming, and I am an ordinary office worker. I was born in a warm family, and my parents cared for me, which made me feel the warmth of home and the power of love as I grew up. I was an obedient child since I was a child, but as I grew older, I gradually discovered some bad habits in myself.

One day, I overheard colleagues in the company discussing some of their bad habits, and they shared a lot of experiences about self-reflection and change. I fell into deep thought and began to reflect on whether there were some bad habits in my life.

So, I decided to do a self-examination to see if I had any of these bad habits.

Do you have any of these bad habits?

The first habit is procrastination. I find myself procrastinating a lot, always thinking it's okay to do it again tomorrow, only to be in a hurry until the last minute. This habit of procrastination made me feel anxious and stressed, but I couldn't seem to change it.

The second habit is to be addicted to mobile phones. I realized that I spend a lot of time on my phone, browsing social media, and playing games every day, and I lose sight of the people and things around me. I realized that doing so was not only a waste of time, but also affected my work and life.

The third habit is unhealthy eating habits. I found myself eating junk food on a regular basis and neglecting the importance of a healthy diet. I know it's not good for my health, but I can't control my appetite.

The fourth habit is lack of exercise. I realized that I was sitting in the office for long periods of time with little to no exercise, which caused my body to get worse and worse. I know I should exercise more, but I always find all kinds of excuses to excuse myself.

I looked at these bad habits that I had reflected, and I felt a pang of heartache and helplessness. I realized that these bad habits not only affect my own quality of life, but also the feelings of those around me. I decided that I wanted to change myself, get rid of these bad habits, and embrace a new life.

So, I made a plan for change, including making a reasonable time management plan, limiting the time I use my phone, improving my eating habits, and increasing the amount of exercise. I know these changes won't happen overnight, but I'm willing to put in the effort to gradually change myself for the better.

After a period of hard work, I gradually found that my life had changed in a positive way. I don't procrastinate anymore and I'm more assertive and efficient, I'm limiting my phone time and spending more time with my family and friends, I'm improving my eating habits and getting healthier, I'm exercising more and I'm feeling happier mentally.

Most importantly, I found myself stronger and more determined inside, and I was able to overcome difficulties and face life's challenges bravely. I felt the joy of self-growth and progress, and I knew that as long as I kept working hard, everything would be better.
