Fifth, enter the class

18-50 years old, between 52 and 55 minutes for men and 62 to 65 minutes for women;

Sixth, primary

18-50 years old, between 55 and 60 minutes for men and 66 to 70 minutes for women;

For those aged 50-65 years and over, the score is between 61 and 65 minutes for men and 71 to 75 minutes for women.

Runners who have achieved this result have trained hard and have successfully crossed the 60-minute threshold compared to men before the age of 50, while women have the potential to advance through a period of training.

7. Entry-level

Runners of this class, regardless of age and gender, who can finish within the 90-minute cut-off time, are mainly for leisure and recreation, looking for fun in running and enjoying the joy of sports.
