【School-based Training】Focus on the music classroom and pluck the strings of the "Five Educations at the Same Time".

"Concentrate on teaching and research, diligent exploration, take root in the classroom and promote improvement". In order to improve the teaching and professional quality of teachers, deepen high-quality classroom teaching, accurately grasp the direction of curriculum reform, and strengthen learning and communication among teachers, on April 15, 2024, Liu Shuxian, a music teacher of our school, brought a wonderful music lesson - "Painter". Principal Qin Xiaoling, Director Yuan Sulin and teachers of the comprehensive group of the Second Experimental Primary School participated in the whole process of listening to and evaluating the class discussion.

In order to make the open class effective, Mr. Liu carefully studied the course standards, dug deep into the teaching materials, cleverly designed teaching activities according to the cognitive characteristics of first-year students, and guided students to start from the common things around them in the interaction between teachers and students, experience the time value of musical notes, be familiar with the melody of music, and feel the emotions of songs, so as to create a classroom growth field for students to listen carefully, be good at thinking, express boldly, and actively display, help students cross the nearest development zone, and promote the growth and advancement of students' thinking.

In the creation of the bell and castanets using small musical instruments, the students' emotions were high and they were full of interest, which fully reflected the main position of the students.

At the end of the lecture, the teachers who participated in the lecture commented on the class, and everyone spoke freely and put forward some constructive suggestions. In the course evaluation, Director Yuan put forward some suggestions for the construction of music classrooms from the four dimensions of growth, classroom, concept and new curriculum standards. Teachers are encouraged to have the courage to change their concepts, dare to explore and innovate, be good at post-teaching reflection, and better improve students' musical literacy on the basis of their own continuous growth.

This teaching and research activity has enhanced teachers' understanding of music classrooms under the concept of new curriculum standards and promoted teachers' professional growth. Plucking the strings of "Five Educations at the Same Time" and playing the "melody of all-round development", we will continue to explore high-quality music classroom teaching and continue to inject new vitality into the education and teaching of our school.
