From April 7th to 16th, Zhao Xiaojiang, Deputy General Manager of China State Construction Group, and his delegation went to Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines to investigate subsidiaries and key projects, and visited the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines.
During his stay in Singapore, Zhao Xiaojiang went to Fusheng Design Consulting Company, a joint venture between China Construction Nanyang Company and China Construction Southwest Institute, to conduct research, inspect the prefabricated production plant of China Construction Nanyang Company, the progress of key projects such as Nuosen Poland Apartment and CR105 cross-island line, listen carefully to the report on the operation and development of China Construction Nanyang Company, and affirm the company's achievements in the Singapore market. Zhao Xiaojiang emphasized that China State Construction Nanyang Company should do a solid and detailed "one enterprise, one policy" strategic development plan and performance appraisal, further clarify the development direction and path, and strive to solve the major and difficult problems in the high-quality development of the enterprise;
During his stay in Indonesia, Zhao Xiaojiang organized a symposium for institutions in Indonesia to learn more about the operation and development of CSCEC Indonesia Representative Office and related subsidiaries in Indonesia, and conducted on-the-spot research on key projects such as data center, Oasis Twin Towers, and Swire Apartments, and affirmed the phased results achieved by the subsidiaries in actively deploying the Indonesian market, emphasizing the need to focus on the local market demand, deepen internal collaboration, seize major project opportunities, ensure the quality of project performance, and continue to enhance the Group's brand influence in the Indonesian market.
While in the Philippines, Zhao Xiaojiang held talks with Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian. Huang Xilian encouraged CSCEC to actively participate in the construction of Philippine cities, and the embassy will continue to provide relevant support to promote the healthy development of bilateral economic and trade relations. Zhao Xiaojiang introduced the group's global business distribution and business model, and said that he would continue to increase its efforts to develop the Philippine market under the guidance of the embassy. Zhao Xiaojiang also went deep into key projects such as the Pasig River Bridge and the Manila Vien Tower to carry out research and inspection, organized a symposium of institutions in the Philippines, communicated with the relevant persons in charge of various subsidiaries in the Philippines, and cordially expressed condolences to front-line employees. Zhao Xiaojiang emphasized that it is necessary to fully implement the deployment requirements of the Group's 15th Overseas Work Conference, strengthen the overall planning and guidance of the territorial market, seize the development of high-quality projects, explore business model innovation, and continue to help the high-quality development of the Group's overseas business.
