What is the root cause of "inbreeding"?

It is undeniable that there are historical reasons for the "inbreeding" of state-owned enterprises and central enterprises.

In the era of planned economy, mainland state-owned enterprises are divided according to the front and system, self-contained, relatively closed, and when recruiting, there will be a preferential policy for the children of workers, and even in the system of perennial field operations such as agriculture, forestry, water, geology and mining, there is also the phenomenon of "succession and replacement", that is, the parents retire and the children "inherit" the post.

At that time, "son inherits father's business" and "three generations in the same factory" were symbols of cohesion and belonging. However, time has passed and times have changed, but there are still people who have the inertia of thinking that "the son inherits the father's business".

From a practical point of view, although there are clear regulations on "family recusal", the recruitment system is not open and transparent enough, and the supervision mechanism is not effective and powerful, making it difficult to implement the regulations. Compared with party and government organs, the leaders of central and state-owned enterprises have greater power in business decision-making and recruitment.

At the same time, there is still a lack of normalized and institutionalized supervision of the implementation of "family avoidance" in state-owned enterprises. The supervisory organs are also constantly "cracking down".
