Technician Wang Xin: So far, our company has a total of two sheds for planting black skin chicken fir fungus in Hengzhou base, each of which has an average of 300 square meters, and each shed has 20 beds, each bed is divided into 4 layers. We are the late February into the fungus stick, its growth period is generally 15 days, it will grow solid buds, after the growth of solid buds will appear about 10 days there will be a burst period, an average of a mushroom stick can grow three taels, the average bursting period of a day is the highest can pick about 200 catties, from planting to mushroom picking to the end of a total of three phases, three phases of about three months, a year can be planted three batches of chicken fir fungus. Now our chicken fir mushrooms are generally sold to Nanning and Liuzhou, basically producing more than 200 catties per day, and all of them will be sold out every day, with a market price of about 30 yuan.
It is understood that 25 degrees Celsius is the most ideal temperature point for the growth of the mushroom, in order to accurately control this delicate temperature demand, the temperature control, humidity control, wind control, and light control in the mushroom room are all automatically operated by intelligent equipment, and the light, temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide content and other parameters required for different growth stages of the mushroom can be controlled through the control table outside the mushroom door, so that the quality of the mushroom is excellent. Black-skinned chicken fir mushroom is also popular in the market because of its unique taste and high nutritional value.
