Subject Specialty Students
In the comprehensive quality evaluation of junior high school students, moral character, civic literacy, communication and cooperation are all qualified, and learning ability, sports and health, aesthetics and performance are all grade B or above, and the following conditions are met:
1. In junior high school, students should have certain specialties or strong interests in Chinese, mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, informatics and other corresponding subjects.
2. Study hard, have excellent cultural performance, and have good discipline literacy, learning ability and thinking quality.

Science and technology specialty
In the comprehensive quality evaluation of junior high school students, moral character, civic literacy, communication and cooperation are all qualified, learning ability, sports and health, aesthetics and performance are all B grade or above, and those who meet one of the following conditions can apply for the examination:
1. Have certain expertise or strong interest in scientific and technological innovation in junior high school.
2. Excellent comprehensive performance in junior high school, with good scientific and technological literacy, scientific inquiry ability and thinking quality.
3. Application process
1. Information registration: Candidates who apply for our school's disciplines or science and technology specialties can log in to the high school enrollment information platform (http://zb.jzhx.net/gz) on our school's website from now on, or scan the QR code on WeChat on their mobile phones to enter.
After logging in (registration is required), confirm the application for the discipline or science and technology specialty students, fill in and supplement the relevant personal information, print the "2024 High School Specialty Student Registration Information Form" online, and prepare self-recommendation materials, "Nanjing Junior High School Students' Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Form", the original junior high school award certificate or other relevant materials that can reflect the individual's learning ability, and go to the admissions office of our school for pre-review.
2. Online registration: From April 26 to 28, 2024 (until 17:00 on April 28), candidates can log in to the "official website of Nanjing Education Bureau" to fill in the "Enrollment Registration Form". Each candidate can only fill in one project for one school, and students with subject specialties and science and technology specialties cannot apply at the same time.
3. Receive the additional test notice: 9:00-11:00, 14:30-16:30, May 11-12, Jinling Middle School Hexi Branch High School Admissions Office. Two recent 1-inch photos of the front face are required.
4. Participate in the professional additional test: May 19 (Sunday) 14:00-16:00, Jinling Middle School Hexi Branch test center. The full score of the professional additional test is 100 points, and the written test time is 2 hours.
