Food safety is no trivial matter, and safety responsibility is heavier than the mountain. In order to further strengthen the management of campus food safety work and ensure the health and life safety of students, on April 19, the Wuda District Food and Drug Safety Committee carried out an emergency drill for food safety emergencies (Level IV) in Wuda District.
The drill simulated the emergency food safety incident in the campus canteen, and carried out the work in turn through the incident report and early disposal, the activation of the four-level emergency response, the first meeting of the headquarters, the on-site investigation and disposal, the situation notification and public opinion response, the second meeting of the headquarters, the second press conference, the termination of the response, and the follow-up disposal, and completed the deduction item by item in accordance with the provisions of the emergency plan.
From the perspective of prevention and actual combat, the drill showed the standardized operation of emergency response to food safety accidents in an all-round way, and further exercised the comprehensive capabilities of the food safety emergency team, such as decision-making and command, on-site disposal, inspection and testing. In the next step, the Wuda District Food and Drug Safety Committee will take this drill as an opportunity to continuously strengthen the weak links in food safety, further improve the construction of food safety supervision and emergency response system, and ensure the health and life safety of the people.
