At 6 o'clock in the morning, the continuous spring rain did not stop the pace of the enforcement of the police of the Neixiang Court, and the cadres and policemen attacked the person subject to execution in accordance with the established route and goal of the implementation plan. Before the centralized action, the Executive Bureau of the Inner Township Court selected a number of cases involving people's livelihood and small targets, and each case-handling team explored the situation in advance and formulated an action plan to ensure that the centralized enforcement action could achieve ideal results.

In the case of a dispute between the plaintiff Wu and the defendant Zhang, the court presided over the mediation, and Zhang should pay 58,000 yuan to Wu for decoration, and after the mediation took effect, Zhang failed to perform the obligations determined by the effective legal documents, and Wu applied to the court for compulsory enforcement. In this operation, with the cooperation of the applicant for execution, Zhang was successfully detained and summoned to the case, and Zhang was informed that if he still did not perform, he would be judicially detained for 15 days in accordance with the law. Under the pressure of enforcement, Zhang took the initiative to express his willingness to perform his obligations and reached a feasible settlement agreement with the applicant.
In the course of enforcement, in response to different individual cases, the enforcement cadres and police adjusted the enforcement plan in a timely manner, flexibly used various enforcement measures, and urged the person subject to enforcement to perform their statutory obligations, and at the same time adhered to the concept of good faith and civilized law enforcement, actively explained the law to the person subject to enforcement, and persuaded the person subject to enforcement to actively perform the repayment obligation.
The operation lasted 3 hours, 13 people were detained and summoned in accordance with the law, 2 people were detained, 5 cases were executed, 4 cases were executed, and 327,000 yuan was executed, and good social and legal effects were achieved.
