According to reports, the government of Dawan Town, Yingde County, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, recently built a new large-scale multi-sports complex on its office site, including basketball courts, badminton courts and other sports facilities. Dawan Town has a total of 80,000 permanent residents, but there are only 4 public basketball courts, which is seriously unable to meet the daily needs of residents. In the case of Dawan Town, for example, the town government used its administrative power to use public funds to build a gymnasium, which was then used by insiders. Although there is no corruption on the surface, it is also a privatization of public resources.
