What we often say about fabric moisture absorption actually refers to its moisture absorption performance, that is, the ability of the fabric to absorb moisture. The moisture absorption of the fabric is due to the capillary characteristics of its fiber structure, and the moisture can form a water column in the fine capillary structure, and then quickly transmitted to the outer surface of the fabric through capillary action, so that the wetted area of the fabric expands, so as to achieve the effect of rapid evaporation.
Among them, natural fiber fabrics such as cotton and linen have strong moisture absorption, while chemical fiber fabrics have poor moisture absorption, and such fabrics usually have problems such as stuffy sweat and lack of breathability. II. Principle
