On April 18, 2024, a group of 600343 Aerospace Impulse investors newly represented by Xie Baoping's lawyer team received the Notice of Litigation Costs from the Shanghai Financial Court, and these investors sued them in court for losses caused by Aerospace Power's previous violations of laws and regulations, demanding compensation for losses.
Prior to this, on August 12, 2022, Aerospace Power received the "Notice of Case Filing" (No. 0092022005 Zheng Jian Case Filing) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), which was investigated by the CSRC for suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations. On June 2, 2023, Aerospace Power received the "Prior Notice of Administrative Punishment and Market Prohibition" (Penalty Zi [2023] No. 35) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
According to the Securities Law and the Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Trial of Civil Compensation Cases Arising from False Statements in the Securities Market, listed companies shall be liable for civil compensation if their rights and interests are damaged due to illegal information disclosure and misrepresentation, and the injured investors have the right to claim compensation for losses.

Those who bought 600343 Aerospace Power between March 30, 2017 and August 12, 2022, and sold or continued to hold it after August 13, 2022 (inclusive).
