On April 18, the People's Armed Forces Department of Youyu County organized active officers, civilian personnel, employees and special military cadres to carry out the voluntary tree-planting activity of "building a strong green Great Wall and passing on the spirit of Youyu from generation to generation", so as to love, plant and protect green with practical actions, and inherit and carry forward the spirit of Youyu.
Plant a "national defense forest" and plant a "national defense heart". At the site of planting trees in the national defense forest, everyone worked together in the division of labor and cooperated tacitly, or cleared the gravel, shoveled the soil, or piled up cofferdams and buckets for watering, and every link was connected in an orderly manner, every pit was dug in an orderly manner, every tree was planted in a uniform manner, and every square of soil was piled up in all directions, all of which reflected the rigorous and meticulous work style of the troops. More than 150 new green trees have successfully "settled" in the hands of officers and soldiers, becoming a unique scenery in spring.
Spring and autumn are the best seasons for Youyu to plant trees and plant greenery. At this time, the Youyu People's Armed Forces Department organizes forces to carry out voluntary tree planting, expand the "green front", and inject "green power" into the construction of ecological civilization.
In recent years, the People's Armed Forces Department of Youyu County has firmly established the concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets", unswervingly been a green practitioner and guardian, and has successively organized special military cadres and employees to plant nearly 10,000 trees, inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of Youyu in planting greenery, and contributing to national defense with practical actions to beautify the environment and protect the ecology.
