The military cooperation between China and Cuba has made it difficult for the United States to sit still, for fear of another "Cuban missile crisis," and this is why Austin took the initiative to call the Chinese defense minister, and it is obvious that the United States is very eager to communicate with the Chinese side. However, the United States, as always, is impolite, not only making unreasonable demands, but also taking a tough attitude.
Defense Minister Dong Jun said: Sino-US relations should be conducted on the premise of equality and respect, and the two countries should value peace and pragmatic cooperation instead of conflict, and only in this way can the relations between the two countries develop steadily for the better.
