According to the official introduction, according to the cooperation agreement, the two parties will start a comprehensive strategic cooperation in the field of intelligent cockpit, give full play to their respective advantages, and cooperate in the design and development of cockpit domain control-related products, the cooperation and co-creation of ecological terminal-related products, and the ecological operation and operation and maintenance of the Internet of Vehicles, establish a full-stack R&D capability of the integration of "end-pipe-cloud" of the intelligent cockpit, and jointly build a highly competitive Hongqi intelligent cockpit and Hongqi OS. At the same time, the two parties will also jointly build high-end mobile phones under the Hongqi brand to further expand the automotive ecological chain.
ECARX was co-founded in 2017 by Li Shufu, founder of Geely Holding Group, and Shen Ziyusheng, chairman and CEO of Geely Holding Group, and is committed to building a full-stack automotive computing platform.
According to ECARX's official website, the company's technology has been successfully applied to more than 3.2 million vehicles worldwide in the past three years. The company has more than 1,500 team members and branches in China and Europe.
