Last week, Yu Chengdong said at the event that the monthly production capacity of Wenjie will exceed 25,000 units as soon as possible in the future.

The combination of "Cialis + Huawei" was a little confusing at first.
Interlaced cross-border and disparity in strength, to say that these two companies can go together in depth, this seems to be something that cannot be beaten by eight poles.
However, since January 2019, when Xiaokang Group (the predecessor of Celis) and Huawei signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement, the automotive industry has come to the eve of change.
In the past, Yu Chengdong explained the reasons for working with Cialis:

With the "resurrection" of the new Wenjie M7, Yu Chengdong said in October last year that in order to catch up with production capacity, Cialis invested an additional 1 billion yuan in the entire supply chain and added 20,000 workers.
It is reported that at that time, the third smart factory that had just been built by Cialis became a "firefighting hero", and the new M7 was put into operation in the third factory, which was able to alleviate the supply bottleneck.
With the delivery of 31,000 units of the new M7 in January this year, the brand has also reached a new height of delivering more than 30,000 units in a single month.

According to the cumulative delivery of 86,000 vehicles in the first quarter, Wenjie still needs to deliver more than 510,000 vehicles in the remaining nine months.

As the "Gigafactory" of the third plant of Celis, construction began in August 2022 at the earliest, and then the first vehicle rolled off the assembly line in September last year, a total of 13 months in between.
Cialis said that from factory construction planning, equipment introduction, model introduction, process debugging to slow ramp-up, this process speed is also one of the best among domestic car companies.
Based on the positioning of "automotive lighthouse factory", the first thing to achieve in the super factory is "efficiency".
For example, in the stamping process, 16 parts can be produced in 1 minute, 100% automatic transfer, 100% welding automation, 100% spraying automation and so on.
With the coordinated operation of more than 1,600 intelligent terminals, which is currently the largest in the industry, the super factory hopes to eventually achieve one vehicle off the assembly line in 30 seconds.
In addition to producing quickly, "producing well" is also the basic goal.
Among them, in the rear body part of the M9, 87 parts under the traditional process are directly converted into 1 part through the 9000T integrated die-casting technology.
As a result, more than 1,400 solder joints have been eliminated and the number of connection points has been reduced by 70 percent.
What's more, the integrated die-casting technology increases the strength and rigidity of the body by 23%, and also realizes the weight reduction of the body, reducing the overall weight of the body by 28%.
