The China Sichuan Cuisine International Food Valley Project is invested and constructed by Xiaomai Group and Sichuan Rural Development Group. The project gives full play to the industry appeal of private leading enterprises and the advantages of state-owned enterprise resource links, relying on the profound cultural heritage, wide audience market and rich raw and auxiliary material resources of the birthplace of Sichuan cuisine, supporting the Chinese food standardization industry development fund, and introducing industrial chain brand enterprises into Sichuan.

The project covers an area of 168 acres, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan, and will build a headquarters cluster of Sichuan prefabricated dishes and a research and development center of the whole industry chain, an e-commerce live broadcast center and a production base of Sichuan prefabricated dishes and related categories, which will add a "new force" to the green food industry chain in Xinjin, further expand the industrial cluster of the green food industry chain, and promote the development of the whole chain of the green food industry.

The project will link "one city, two parks and one district", give full play to the synergistic advantages of ecological planting, breeding, exhibition and sales in Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park, and the advantages of digital and intelligent processing and collaborative production in Tianfu Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, build a whole industrial chain of prefabricated vegetables of "ecological planting and breeding, intensive processing, display and consumption", and create a national prefabricated vegetable ecosystem with display and influence. It mainly develops the standardization industry of Chinese food and the upstream and downstream food industry.

At the ceremony, four companies, SUNMOON Company, Liangquan Qimei Company, Jinrui Group and Huabailin Company, officially signed a contract to settle in the China Sichuan Cuisine International Food Valley Project.
