On April 11, the 13th Zhengyang County Women's Congress was held. Zhang Hong, vice chairman of the Municipal Women's Federation, Su Qiuwei, director of the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Women's Federation, Xu Yonghui, deputy secretary of the county party committee, Jiao Zhongli, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee, director of the Propaganda Department of the county party committee and deputy county magistrate, Liu Fei, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress, Wang Huifeng, vice chairman of the county CPPCC, and Chen Hao, executive vice chairman of the county federation of trade unions, attended the meeting.

Zhang Hong said that in recent years, under the great attention and strong leadership of the Zhengyang County Party Committee, women's federations at all levels in Zhengyang County have conscientiously performed the function of leading and contacting services, focusing on the overall situation of the service center, close to the needs of women and children, and have done a lot of fruitful work in women's entrepreneurship and employment, protection of women's and children's rights and interests, and the construction of family education and family style. It is hoped that the women's federation organizations at all levels and the vast number of women and sisters in Zhengyang County will hold high the banner of ideals and be the "guides" of the women's masses; bravely shoulder the responsibilities of the times and be "dreamers" with a mission on their shoulders; play a unique role and be "caring people" who serve the masses; uphold the supremacy of the people and be the "guardians" of women and children; deepen the reform of the women's federation and be the "mother's family" of the women's masses.
Xu Yonghui first expressed warm congratulations on the convening of the congress on behalf of the county party committee, the county people's congress, the county government, and the county CPPCC! Xu Yonghui pointed out that since the 12 th county women's congress, women's federations at all levels in the county have united and led the vast number of women to actively devote themselves to the reform, development, and stability of Zhengyang by centering on the center and serving the overall situation.

In the afternoon, the first plenary session of the 13th Zhengyang County Women's Congress was held, and the standing members, chairmen and vice chairmen of the 13th Executive Committee of the Zhengyang County Women's Federation were elected.
