01 National Marine Park
At present, the Tianjin Binhai National Marine Park Plan (2022-2035) (draft for review) has been submitted to the municipal government for approval. According to the plan, Ocean Park is divided into two functional areas, namely the ecological conservation area and the rational use area.
Ecological Conservation Area
It covers an area of 23.23 square kilometers (including 17.83 square kilometers of oyster reef habitat and 5.4 square kilometers of relict gull habitat). The area implements a strict protection system, and in principle, human activities are prohibited in addition to relevant activities that meet the special strategic needs of the state, and unauthorized activities such as excavation and collection of shellfish that have an adverse impact on the objects of protection are prohibited.
Rational Use Zone
It covers an area of 118.80 square kilometers, including:
- On the basis of protection, the coastal tidal flats of the Sino-Singapore Eco-City, the coastal tidal flats on the east side of the central fishing port, and the coastal tidal flats of Dashentang take into account the sea-friendly functions such as nature education, bird watching, photography, and sea catching.
- On the basis of protection, the main function of the shallow waters of Dashentang is ecological fishery, mainly ecological aquaculture, sustainable fishing and other activities, taking into account marine leisure and entertainment activities such as fishing and yacht sailing experience;
- On the basis of protection, the main function of the shallow waters of the Sino-Singapore Eco-City is marine leisure and entertainment, focusing on activities such as sea fishing, yacht sailing experience, and taking into account fishery activities, so as to provide citizens with ecological products based on leisure and recreation.
02 "Eye of Ben Thanh" Ferris wheel
According to the "List of the First Batch of High-quality Development Investment Opportunities in Binhai New Area" issued by the Development and Reform Commission of Binhai New Area in June 2023, the construction project of the "Dagu Yanyun" tourism boutique route will create a coastal leisure and consumption area with nine levels, five major links, and full coverage of low-carbon transportation.
Among them, it is planned to build a new "Bincheng Eye" Ferris wheel and other cultural and tourism facilities, on which you can overlook the estuary of the Haihe River and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the sea and sky, and the surrounding area is also planned to support amusement projects, food accommodation, leisure and shopping and other infrastructure.
03 "Water Bus" & "Air Tour"
Binhai New Area will strengthen the construction of high-quality tourism routes. Give full play to the advantages of the cruise ship terminal in the lower reaches of the Haihe River to open a "water bus" to connect the scenic spots along the Haihe River and coastal scenic spots, and create a boutique trail of "Haihe River Tour". Connect Douzhuangzi Airport and related scenic spots, and open up air tourism routes in Binhai New Area.
04 "37.5 degrees north latitude" film and television industrial park
Recently, CCTV Weihai Film and Television City signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Haitai Group. CCTV Weihai Film and Television City will implant the IP and concept of "37.5 degrees north latitude" film and television industrial park into Beitang Ancient Town, and work with Haitai Group to build Beitang Ancient Town into a film and television, cultural tourism, cultural and creative industry, education, relying on CCTV's brand resource advantages, film and television advantages, media advantages, and platform advantages, and integrating local historical and cultural characteristics and industrial development needs. 05 Tianjin's first safari park
After upgrading, the original Elion Elf Park will become the first wildlife park in Tianjin, and it is planned to open to visitors on April 26.
It is a comprehensive zoo integrating animal interaction, display, popular science education, leisure and entertainment, the park displays more than 200 kinds of rare wild animals from all over the world, and has successively built and improved five theme areas: walking area, free-range area, self-driving area, beast car area, and central service area.
