Nowadays, driving has become one of the basic survival skills of modern people, as a "stepping stone" for the driver's license assessment, the difficulty of the theoretical test for motor vehicle drivers is not great, as long as you see more and practice more you can pass it smoothly. However, even in such a simple exam, there are still people who think about cheating.
On April 16, the Jinning District People's Procuratorate appeared in court to support the prosecution of Zhang and three others on suspicion of organizing exam cheating.
Case review
In September 2023, Hou (handled in a separate case) with a low level of education was introduced by defendants Li and Wang, and defendant Zhang arranged for him to cheat in the subject 1 theory test by wearing headphones, cameras, signal transmitters, wigs, and other equipment. However, being smart was mistaken by being smart, and when Hou left the exam, he was discovered by the invigilator on the spot.
The procuratorate believes that defendants Zhang, Li, and Wang organized students to cheat in the national examinations prescribed by law, and that their conduct violated the relevant provisions of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, that the facts of the crime are clear, and the evidence is credible and sufficient, and that criminal responsibility should be pursued for the crime of organizing cheating in examinations.
Observation + Discussion
In order to effectively promote the people's democratic supervision of the whole process and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of case handling, the Jinning District People's Procuratorate invited people's supervisors to observe the trial of the case on the spot, and supervised the process of the public prosecutor appearing in court to support the public prosecution. After the conclusion of the trial, the people's supervisors and the procurators and assistants of the criminal prosecution department also held a forum for observation and evaluation of the trial, and while making objective comments, they put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the quality and efficiency of the trial.

Cheating on the driving test not only disrupts the order of the test, but also creates a "road killer", taking the safety of other people's lives as a child's play, and laying hidden dangers for road traffic safety.
Remind driving test candidates: abide by the law, take the test in good faith, and refuse to cheat!
