Li Anping, who dropped out of school before finishing junior high school, "soaked" with the educated youths who went to the countryside to join the queue all day long, listened to their stories about the big city, and began to yearn for the outside world. In 1978, after the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the country resumed the college entrance examination system. Li Anping was by his side, seeing it in his eyes and feeling it in his heart, and his awareness of self-learning was further enhanced. It is precisely in these educated youths who have passed the college entrance examination and returned to the countryside and returned to the city that Li Anping really sees the powerful power of knowledge.
Due to his poor family, Li Anping listened to his father's advice and decided to give up repeating. His former homeroom teacher and classroom teacher all felt sorry for him. Li Anping, who had the experience of dropping out of school at a young age, had a strong educational complex after starting a business. Shangguan Wanping investigated the pharmaceutical market in 5 provinces, planned 3 sets of marketing plans, and taught marketing skills training courses for Zhendong employees. In 2003, Zhendong's marketing network spread to the whole country, and the sales volume increased significantly, reaching 120 million yuan, and the cooperation results were immediate. Li Anping said: "This is just the result of my constant dedication and pursuit of knowledge. ”
On a business trip, Li Anping bought a copy of "39 Details of Corporate Culture Construction" at Guangzhou Airport. After the plane took off, Li Anping read silently, and suddenly shouted to his peers: "Look, this is a corporate culture map drawn by me according to my own understanding, there are four layers from the outside to the inside, namely the image layer, the organizational system layer, the behavior habit layer, and the values layer.
